  Ordered on Saturday evening 30 APR 22. Item was available for collection yesterday 10 MAY 22. I had no order confirmation by 03 MAY 22. I contacted the store on that day from which I was given an apology and an offer of a free item for which I was appreciative. It was shipped 03 MAY 22. I had selected the Express Postage option. I received the item I paid for however I did not receive the express postage I paid for. I wonder, if I had not contacted the store, would I still be waiting. The free item looks to be a cleaning cloth. I am sorry but that is not good enough. I understand Australia Post/ StarTrack, whoever it was that picked it up, also has a hand to play in this but I thought opting for the express postage would prioritize my order somewhat in the online ordering system. Your online ordering/ postage process needs review in my opinion. I would think of Carlingford Music Centre again for any future custom but at the moment I am not in a hurry to do so.

  I bought two guitars in 6 months. The first one was great. There was a bag and salesman has tuned for my 10 years old son. But second one, there was no bag, it did not tune and kids could not tune the first time. We have to go back next week and buy a bag. Get tuned. A little disappointed as we could have told the difference for the same guitar we bought first place.

  It took 23 days to deliver a small parcel to the Sunshine Coast from NSW - probably because it didn't leave for 15 days after I placed the order! Rubbish service, this is 2022 people!

  I still haven’t received my order and it’s been over two weeks now. I phoned up to check on the status of my order and they hadn’t even posted the item (just guitar strings) 10 days after the order had been placed. Their website stated that the product was in stock, so +10 days to dispatch an item is below average customer service in my opinion. I won’t be shopping at this store ever again due to the poor customer service. Clearly my order was of little concern to them…. There’s much better music stores around who actually value customers, so I’ll be sending my future orders to those stores and not Carlingford Music Centre.

  I bought a beautiful Cole Clark guitar off the team at Carlingford Music. I was a little nervous purchasing it as I live in Brisbane. However Ned made me feel very at ease answering all my questions with and making the process very easy. Delivery was very quick (picked up the same day) and delivered safe and sound to my door!   I ordered a piano workbook for my son. The book was ready to collect within a day and pickup was no hassle. And the price of the book was almost $10 cheaper than anywhere else I looked. I would definitely buy from Carlingford Music Centre again and highly recommend it.

  The item that they provided was great. Not complaining about the item. However on their website it clearly advertises same day delivery. I needed the conducting baton within a week, I communicated this at the time of placing my order. It arrived almost 3 months after ordering. I had already had to purchase another baton elsewhere. No communication made with me except that delivery was delayed. Honestly, don’t advertise same day delivery if you are ordering items in from overseas. It’s misleading.

  Took a long time to be out for delivery . It’s was very poorly packed with the bodhrain hanging out of the package when it arrived , thankfully intact . The product itself is excellent. I’m reticent to order again . Thankful that it came on the day it was required though .

  Most orders arrive promptly, but this one took a week. It took two emails (both unanswered), and a call to the store before the order was chased up. After that it appeared the next day. The product was good but this sort of poor customer service is not like Carlingford Music.

  I made an error in my order and inadvertently ordered the wrong music book. Carlingford Music Centre staff were very helpful and dealt with the matter promptly.   Pretty ordinary service. Hippie era Store owner not interested in helping customer and lack social skills. Have to be reminded about price on company's website or they will overcharge. Don't seem to have a clue on what is advertised price. Read their refund policy carefully before you buy. Depending on the mood of the owner they would only refund 80% of purchase price even if it is returned for purchase of another pricer instrument. Only used once to try out with tutor.
