  I was looking for sheet music and method books for piano and out of all the sites I looked at Carlingford Music had the most extensive range of products available. I ordered what I needed and, even though I live in a rural area I had it within a few days - everything was in great condition. I’ll definitely be ordering more from them in the future.

  Initially received the wrong item due to a mixup with the warehouse supplier. A couple rounds of jumbled communication between Carlingford, Jacaranda and myself later I received the correct item in good condition and was reimbursed for shipping back the incorrect item. Clearly some internal comms and logistics processes that can be improved. Big props to Jeff at Carlingford and Greg at Jacaranda for sorting it out. The Ohana TK-35G tenor ukulele itself is in great condition and is a joy to play.

  I waited for my order for 3 weeks. The item was in the local warehouse and I ordered it as 'click and collect'. The staff whom I dealt with were helpful and very nice but the system has some holes in it allowing for long lags in receiving of orders.

  Carlingford Music offers great delivery and customer service. I purchased my first digital piano there and it arrived on the same day as promised in their same day delivery service. Very nice and friendly staff, highly recommended!

  Always helpful and prompt service. I've found when they use Sendle for delivery, it is either very slow or is delivered to a designated shop in my suburb. When they use Australia Post - perfect. .
