  Dispatch was a little slow but staff were quick to follow up when I enquired. Quite probably an issue out of their control given the current national postal situation. Shipping was reasonably priced and the product was received as described and in good condition.

  An order placed 10 days ago. Heard nothing , no postage details. Sent 2 emails asking for progress and heard nothing. Rang and got a very casual uncaring response. It's packed but not sent.( I'll let warehouse know you enquired). Still nothing?? Really poor service!!

  I reported problems with the website failing to show that the order was received, and followed with two messages seeking confirmation that my order had been received. Neither were responded to. It was only on my third message days later that I got confirmation, and no interest in my report of the website failure. In the end, the order was delivered, but communication and follow up is an area for improvement. The website is flaky (often is not responsive and after my PayPal order was submitted it spat out reams of error code, prompting my enquiry to see if the order had submitted properly). All in all, while the result was ok, ordering feels like a bit of a lottery. For me, this means Carlingford remains an option only if what I’m after is unavailable elsewhere.

  There is a whole explanation at ProductReviews.com.au under Toll Priority. Toll were absolutely terrible in their delivery and customer service (still not delivered three weeks after purchase). Ned from Carlingford was interested and understanding and offered to send a replacement at no cost except the cost of delivery. I couldn't be happier with his service.

  Only issue I had with purchasing was with their supplier withholding the most important part of my order (Rockboard Cinque 5.4) while awaiting a $20 accessory that wasn’t due to arrive in the country until mid-November. Once I spoke to the guys on the phone, they spoke with their supplier who promptly dispatched it up to Darwin via StarTrack, from North Western Sydney, which took 5 business days to arrive. Ordered on 4th, received on the 21st. Would prefer to have been contacted by the store to discuss options rather than defaulting to “hold order until everything can ship together” which, had I not contacted the store, will have been 6+ weeks after ordering. Happy with product, happy with speed at which it was received once dispatched. May use again but I’m actively buying from different stores all over the country to share the wealth.
