One of the store person Evie who answered the call was very helpful and helped check the item I was looking for and promptly was able to order it over the phone and collected within 1 hour.   Thanks for the Accordion. It is smaller than the other piano accordion I have.( less complicated and lighter). It looks like I still have six weeks of the lockdown to give myself another crash-course in this and other music stuff. I have progressed so much in this lockdown ,very much improving my ability to make and record music and fundamentals of musicianship. When this time ends I will be hitting the ground running.

  Playing guitar has kept me sane during the lockdown, but I lost my pick. I put an order for some picks through click and collect, but after learning it would take some time to be shipped, at my request the staff selected some similar stock that they had in store so I could play immediately. I'm thrilled with the picks, and while it does sound like a simple purchase, it's made a huge difference to my playing and peace of mind. Many thanks to the awesome staff!

  I ordered a new digital piano online with free delivery. I later got a call from their staff explaining that I actually bought "floor" stock and they're upgrading me for "free". There was absolutely no indication on the site it was floor stock so I was supposed to feel grateful for this upgrade. In addition to this, their website forgot to charge me a delivery charge so I had to pay the fee over the phone. In hindsight, I should have just cancelled the order. I later clarified all this with their staff and they determined it was website error and that I should just forget about it since it wall said and done.

  The worst online retailer I have bought from, I had ordered 10 x .012 single strings and 10 x .015 single strings on May 16 2021, on June 28 they sent 6 x .015 strings, no apology, no contact, then on Sept 10, I received an email that stated the rest of my order has been shipped (no apology) If products are out of stock they SHOULD NOT be online, as a former music shop owner I am shocked with lack of customer service, I understand that Covid19 has slowed things down but I have been receiving orders from NSW within a week for the last six months. I do not recommend Carlingford Music Centre as a reliable online retailer.

  Product never arrived - lost in the post. This mob then sent me on a wild goose chase to Aus Post - waited over an hour on the phone only to find out that since the seller lodged the claim, they had to do all the follow up. So there’s more wasted time. 6 weeks on and I still haven’t got the product I’ve paid for and it only had to travel 5km by post. Garbage. Absolute garbage.
