  Item did take almost two months to reach me after I made the online order, and only seemed to speed up after I made a phone call to check on why it was taking so long, though I had previously emailed about it first.   I was absolutely amazed as to how easy it was to make my purchase and to deal with Amanda and Jeff to answer my queries. I was in lockdown and was only allowed to leave the house for a quick short in duration to the local supermarket. I have a grandson in Brisbane who will celebrate his 10th birthday mid August. No worries - Amanda dispatched his present so efficiently it arrived via Australia Post well before the big day. Jeff is always there to give sound advice when necessary. I have been a satisfied customer of Carlingford Music for my now very grown up children and now my grandchildren. I will always strongly recommend them to my family and beyond for anything to do with music education especially.

  I called and had no idea about sizes for the item I needed for a birthday gift. The salesman was friendly and helpful, measured and looked things up on his side.
