  I only purchased from this store because i needed my item quickly and this store it was in Sydney and the website showed my item as in stock.. however when I received the item 2 weeks later I discovered the item was shipped directly from the publisher on Victoria. So I should’ve just saved my money and bought from another seller offering a much cheaper price.

  Communication could improve. None until I called days later. After using this stool for 3 weeks of light use 1 day per week the big bolt holding the legs together has bent. No idea how! Kids under 10yo! I’m too hesitant to follow it up though because of how relaxed the initial order & delivery process was. I need a fix quickly!

  I called Ned at CM and within 10 minutes he had located the grand piano I needed for my son. Within another 10 minutes I had purchased such. He then organised for immediate delivery so my son could play the piano on Christmas Day this year. Friendly and knowledgeable service along with efficiency and tardiness. Woudl recommend Ned and the company to any music lover!

  I’m very disappointed that I paid a lot more when I shop at Carlingford music. MallMusic at Macquarie park sell the exact same instrument for just over $1100 while I paid $1400 at Carlingford music. I wonder if they do price matching?

  Ned and the Carlingford Music Centre are AMAZING! Ned goes above and beyond every time we have ordered something from him. He is so knowledgeable, and is happy to help out in any way he can. This particular item is for a wish child's wish for Make-A-Wish and Ned has looked after us to well. Very grateful there are people like him and his business in this world.   the cort guitar G290 fat is flawed by poor manufacturing.the guitar sounds and plays great but has numerous falts which should not be in a guitar of this price.1) the grain is not straight in the neck causing set up problems.2)the pickup mounting screw system is faulty and non functional3)the nut is badly cut and positioned.the importers are being helpfull and want the guitar returned.i hope for a good outcome. poyna
