  My initial order wasn’t processed so didn’t get sent. I had to chase it up twice as they didn’t call back. Once it was processed the courier went to pick it up and claims no one was there. My order arrived about 2 months late but the staff were helpful throughout the process.

  I needed a piece of music in a hurry. I rang Carlingford as they have always been great in the past and then rang around a few other shops. Carlingford were by far the quickest at procuring my order and so totally professional. A wonderful business with fantastic staff.

  I know the product, and would give it 4 out of 5. The problem is, I did not receive the product I ordered, which was a quantity of "finger shells". What was sent was "thumb shells". Wrong product. I sent the wrong items back, advised that the wrong product was sent and requesting the right product be sent, or my payment refunded. The original parcel was late arriving because it was incorrectly addressed, but did have my phone number on it so Australia Post was able to contact me. In fact it was not delivered. I had to go to the post office to collect it, round trip of about 12km. No further news or response has been received.

  Wrong product sent. Parcel incorrectly addressed, so 14km round trip to post office was required. No response as yet from vendor. D'Andrea finger shell large ordered, D'Andrea thumb shell large supplied. My review below relates to the product as I already have one of these, just wanted a few spares as they are easily dropped, lost etc.

  This is the first time I have dealt with Carlingford Music. I called the store first to check that the music book I was looking for was in stock. Great over the phone service. I then ordered it online. Quick replies by email confirming my order and then when dispatched. Order was received not long after the dispatch notice despite it being over the new year. Will definitely use them again.

  Great accessibility. Extended trading hours during a holiday period was great. A tiny bit disappointed that the ibanez aw54opn wasnt given with the standard packaging. When asked a box for another model was provided. The website did not mention it was floor stock as well. Just had reduced price. A bit more honesty and clarity would have got a 5 star from me.

  I have had very good service over many years with Carlingford music.I have bought keyboards, pianos and countless grade books and teaching materials and have recommended all my students to shop with you. I have found the service helpful and friendly. The parent of one of my students, however, was recently very unhappy as you would not reimburse her for a technical book she bought. She hadn't realised her daughter already had that book. The book hadn't even been taken out of the bag! She is unlikely to shop with you again as you gave no consideration to the honest misunderstanding on her part of the books needed. She has given me the voucher for the book's value. I, however, have found your services good - although I have never tried to return anything!

  I placed the order on 8/10/19 and payment was recorded by my bank, as being received via Paypal on 9/10/19. However, Carlingford Music did not process this order until 17/10/19. I understood that the product was in stock at the time the order was placed, and was not notified to the contrary.
