  My son has just started learning the guitar and his teacher asked me to purchase a book. I had some problems with the website so I contacted the store and they were a great help. My book arrived 3 days later and I live in a regional area. Will be calling them again for the purchase of my sons guitar.

  I find Carlingford Music Centre to be the premiere Music Store for general to specialty items, within the Sydney Basin Region.   The website is easy to use, but I preferred to deal with them directly. I visited the store to compare digital pianos and found Robert to be extremely pleasant and helpful and based on his advice I was able to confidently review brands and models. I was not pressured in any way to make an instant decision, which I very much appreciated. I did further web based research into various brands and models and found my choice at a lower price. Robert was able to price match and so I chose Carlingford Music based on their customer service. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Order took a while to be shipped but understand this was a issue with stock (though could have been clearer on website. However, good help and clarification over the phone. Received everything as expected. One item has a low quality bag for transportation and CMC offered a free better quality bag free. Good customer service. Recommended.

  Quite good dispatch and delivery. My only concern was that the sales area at Carlingford Music, considered the item was sent when the instruction was given to the warehouse to ship. In fact the actual "item sent" did not occur until the item was dispatched from the warehouse several days later. In the case of Carlingford Music this was no great problem, but it is a practice among other e-Bay sellers who pretend to have local stock and advise "item sent" when in fact the warehouse that from which the item is sent is located overseas. This stretches the shipping time from a few days to, in some cases, 6 -8 weeks. Deceptive and most irritating!
