  Website is not very user friendly - you don’t get a peak inside the books you are interested in, so you don’t really know what exactly you’re buying and it becomes a gamble if you haven’t been in store. Also, delivery was not on time.

  Site O.K. Transaction appeared O.K. until stated date for delivery passed with no item. Subsequent enquiries revealed the shipping request had been passed to a warehouse for action, but the warehouse did not post the item until 03/09/19; this is the date indicated for actual delivery. The item did arrive on 09/09/19. A discussion with the vendor explained that the date indicated as being sent was not the date that a warehouse is requested to ship the item, but the actual date the item is committed to post. Otherwise all well.

  Only been dealing with Carlingford for a short time, but I have already made a number of purchases through them and I honestly could not be happier with my experience. With the amount of gear they have on the wall, you can’t help but feel like a kid in a candy store. The guys working there could not be more accommodating yet any less salesy “oh if you like this one, try this one!”. Keep up the great work, guys.

  When I received my order I was very happy with the quality of the instrument and everything to do with the actual product. I was quiet disappointed in the fact that it took almost a month to receive the instrument. Commuinication issues seemed to be the main cause.

  My shopping experience is very bad. I have ordered Hal Leonard Electric Bass with three CDs. You charged me Book and CDs , but unbelievably, sent me only Book with audio access included option. This option is much cheeper and your gest is si unprofessional. I am waiting for explanation and for three CDs wich I ordered and paid .

  Recently, we bought a casio digital piano 2 months ago and returned for warranty repair, the owner Ned and Murray was too reluctant to take responsibility that I had to bring the piano at their shop instead telling me to bring it to the repair shop at Kingsgrove. However, they agreed to bring the piano back to their shop, so after 4 days I rang up, Ned said, it has not been sent to repair shop yet and we are waiting for the approval(bs excuses)and he said I know its under the warranty but you still have to pay the freight cost-what a joke. And he said no chance to get it repaired in a weeks time, so its better for you COME AND PICK IT UP from the shop and take it to the repair shop yourself. So When I get there, Ned pretend to be nice and saying I was DOING YOU A FAVOUR if you want get it repaired quickly-what a joke again. Bear In mind I had to travel almost 45 minutes each way and toll to come to his shop. So the one key was repaired and cost me 111$. and its not under warranty and there was done in a week. The bottom line here is , they don't know how to do business, and being a tight arse. If it had been a $50000 Petrof piano, I would have been treated differently. So you guys are horrible and shameful.

  We bought a piano for our daughter from Carlingford Music and we are so happy with the professional advices given from Ned and overall experience. The Piano was delivered within agreed timeframe, however the piano delivery company refused to take away the package and left everything in front of our garage.

The score I wanted was not listed on the website, but Amanda told me it was available in the warehouse and the IT team added it to the website quickly so I could pace my order. I was a little taken aback by the standard shipping rate for a miniature score, and even moreso when it took nearly a week to arrive - $10.50 isn't much less than an Express Post (next day delivery) for such a small item, but an express option was not available. This 4 star rating is almost entirely thanks to Amanda's efficient and friendly dealing with my request.
