  Took over 2 weeks to get what I ordered, no updates on the delivery. Emailed them from the website after 1 week, no response. Had to call them and then I get told it was going out that day, no apology, almost sounded put out by my call. Sorry, but you guys need to do better.

The staff has always been very helpful in ordering any music that I need or searching for publications that I have been unable to obtain.I only need to make a phone call to place an order and am contacted immediately upon receipt..   Carlingford Music provided an easy online ordering process and our semi hard cello case was delivered in an efficient and friendly manner. It is very good quality and was the most reasonably priced case of it's type that I could find. I would definitely recommend these guys.

  Carlingford Music offers great service, great range, great prices. It's a one-stop shop for everything musical. Thanks to Murray and the great folks @Carlingford for helping me get the right equipment for my professional needs. When I had a problem with one poorly-made product, they happily refunded me and ordered in a much better replacement. The customer service is fantastic. Keep it up guys!

  Contacted by phone morning of 13 April to confirm all items in stock - told yes. Stated I would be putting an order through online immediately. Received call 17 April stating mic cables were not in stock! Agreed to swap to different cables, no problems and said I need it all before ANZAC day for an event. Yes, yes, should arrive before then I was told. Update today on delivery time 29th of April.Three weeks after ordered, Four days after ANZAC day. Now I have to drive to Melbourne (7 hour round trip) and hire microphones for the event.

  I have never experienced a better and more professional customer service. It was super easy to contact the store (online), Ned immediately responded and was extremely helpful. Purchase was a breeze, and my somewhat complicated delivery request was taken care of. Linda even delivered the product to my home address.
