  If you just want to drop ship stuff from overseas you have to warn someone before they purchase. No online stock levels. And then a 3 week lead time, which could really matter depending on when they need something. And zero communication about the back order or ETA or anything really. Had to chase for details. Lesson learnt I guess.

  Everyone I spoke to was very lovely, and the product arrived in good condition! However, you might want to update your estimated time frames on the website - it took nearly two months to get here, and took me emailing and calling to get an update on delivery. I know the shipping and warehousing situation is pretty shocking at the moment so might be worth lengthening the estimates given so that people aren't disappointed.

  I initially ordered on the 8th of August.I emailed a query in early September regarding an estimated delivery date. Once I emailed ,Carlingford Music were quick to respond and my order was dispatched and delivered within days. I commend their response to my question. I was disappointed that I had to chase the order.The product is exactly what I needed and in perfect condition.

  We made a deal with Robert at the 1st time we met him, he is very knowledgeable for his pianos, also because he has the stock for the particular I want. He has given us a very good deal in the end and we're excited to lock one in for 2022! The overall atmosphere for the store seems old fashioned compare to the other dealers nowadays, however as long as they have good stuff and ensure everything is working i think that's all it matters. It might be a bit suggestions to the shop owners thou, as the atmosphere sometimes can make a difference to a purchase, like parking, in store decor, overall vibe etc. l have now subscribed your newsletters and I'm sure I'll be back for some other needs in the future.   The people I dealt with at Carlingford Music Centre were helpful and knowledgable. We asked them to organise to have an electric guitar fully serviced. The servicing was comprehensive and included: polishing the frets, fretboard cleaned and oiled, machine heads cleaned, oiled, tightened, output jack cleaned, restring, adjustment of truss rod/action/intonation and pickup height. They also polished the guitar. It came back to us as good as new! So happy with the results.

  When I called Carlingford Music Centre and spoke to Robert, I already knew which two digital pianos I was interested in and just wanted his expert opinion which of the two models was more suitable for a returning intermediate/advance player. Based on his recommendation, I went with the model I was originally more interested in and placed my order. Robert was very helpful, down to earth and no bull. The order and organisation of the delivery was made with no fuss. Only let down was the delivery from the courier which took almost a week, but I do not blame Carlingford Music for this since everyone are having logistics issues at the moment. Overall, very happy with my purchase and happy to be playing piano once again. 10/10 will come back to Carlingford Music when I decide to upgrade or get another instrument later.

  Serice from Carlingford Music was excellent. Casio CDP S360 is a great keyboard BUT they have changed the audio output socket to a mini jack plug!!!!!! Why?? very inconvenient & frustrating and needed to purchase jack adaptors.

  I have been bombarded with texts and emails to track my parcel. But still haven't received my parcel and it's been over a week. The delivery was only to the next suburb. I wish you hadn't requested signature on delivery. Now I have to go to the post office to pick it up.
