  We selected Monday due to its ease of use and flexibility. We developed our own sales pipeline management app in a matter of days, whereas previously we spent months customising a coded platform. Automations are very easy to set up and have proven a great benefit. Our salespeople now automatically received regular emails alerting them to upcoming customer renewal dates that they can act on. As we mature with our use of Monday we are finding new tools and processes that we hadn't initially thought of. This is adding further benefit. Monday support has been very responsive to any queries we raised.

  Monday.com has so many features available that there were constant surprises, in a good way, when I went searching for things I needed and didn't even know I had. The team ran some really big, extensive projects through the platform that helped us stay on track. The thing I found good is it became the central hub for my business. At a glance, I could see almost everything I needed to in one place. It is a little cumbersome to use sometimes for managing more daily tasks and price was a little high with a smaller team but those were the only drawbacks I have.

  The custom ticket ID function generates a really long number. We would like to see much shorter numbers, for example it would be ideal if the number was a code, such as the initials of the board it was created on, followed by a short number, such as the number of items created in the board plus one, so you might have an item called "FP-12", and then if you made another item on the FP board it would become "FP-13" and so on. This feature would make life much easier as it would make it way easier to refer back to a ticket with a shortened code, and not a 10 digit code like the ID column generates.

  Monday is for when you want to work like a team, not just look like you're working as a team. At it's simplest, it's easier and more engaging than the competitors. At it's most powerful, it is an unbelievable productivity engine. I've used it in one workplace 4 jobs ago, and got it implemented in the next 3 jobs I went to. No caveats on this one. It does what you need it to do, and then when you want it to do more, it's kind of magically already there. If you don't mind being way more hands-on, try notion, coda or airtable. If you prefer it simpler with easier automations, go Monday.

  Monday is such an amazing system, it is very user friendly. It is so easy to add in events, training schedules, conferences etc into Monday, and to allocate actions for people to perform (under subitems) with due dates is excellent. I like the set up for the RSVP invitation, looks very professional and having a link created to add into other documentation is ideal, and again looks professional. The reminder emails that come through to the people who have been allocated tasks is ideal as we are all so busy and it is so reassuring that Monday keeps us all informed of our due dates for completing the tasks. I love working in Monday, I would recommend Monday to people.

  You can only read a few words of each Lead Status and Task unless you hover over each of them. Unlike Asana, the tasks are not listed fully and vertically which makes them easier to follow. In Outlook, I have to open every Asana email notification because the notification is halfway down and across the email and shows up as blank in the preview window.

  I signed up to Monday.com to try to help me manage a growing number of projects that were happening at work. I was using Trello for project management but I struggled to understand the status of numerous projects at once. My Trello boards were huge and unwieldy. Monday.com has allowed me to get on top of project management for my team, understand what work is progress, how overall projects are progressing and see if we're on track. This has been a huge improvement for me personally and it helps me communicate to partner teams and stakeholders. Monday.com usage has grown greatly at my company as others have faced the same problems and found Monday useful.

  It is a very good platform, quite easy to use and intuitive to learn. My only request would be to find a way so that you don't have to click so many times to find information. So much data is nested within other things that I feel like I spend my life clicking down to find a simple bit of data that would have been immediately visible had I been using an Excel spreadsheet.

  I love that monday.com is able to help with my business. My problem is more related to how to best utilise and automate a lot of the existing function. I get confused and may look into getting someone to set everything up for me on Monday. I am giving 5 stars due to the fact that it is doing something that I haven't seen elsewhere and I do believe once I have the system in place and set up properly, I would be able to get the best out of the system.

  Our company uses YouTube to announce live specials for our products weekly, usually with restricted quantities available. Previously, we asked our customers to send an email to register their interest and then get sent a link etc, and it used to take us a few hours to administrate (and with many mistakes) after the video was released. Now, using some of the features of Monday, we are able to drop a link into our Livestream Chat that opens up a form for the users to register their interest and fill in their details themselves. Then, using email connectivity, we can sent emails to the successfully qualified customers and also the customers who missed out, all within seconds of the campaign closing. We can then monitor the subsequent sales orders and their progress through the logistics chain. Monday has saved us hours and hours of repetitive work on a weekly basis - we can't wait to see how we can save more time and gain more efficiencies in other parts of our business!

  The tough part about creating solutions to save the planet is that it is a massive amount of work. Governments / Philanthropists from all over the globe reach out to us, and keeping track of everything that needs to be done was overwhelming - until Monday.com became a helpful addition to our organization. Now tasks can be assigned and tracked. Deadlines are posted and are tackled ahead of time. Notifications are sent to email and Slack. Monday.com can do more than we have implemented, but it has quickly become the software that each of our departments are increasingly depending on. I would highly recommend it to anyone that is running an organization or company.

  Monday.com has been a game changer for our not for profit socail enterprise. There are several everyday functions that were being run through bits of paper or excel spreadsheets that no one knew where they were that are now run and some automated through Monday.com. My only feedbak for Monday.com would be to lessen the focus on trying to get users on board for the sole reason of campaiging for fundraisign; while an important part of many NFPs, the solutions that Monday.com in automating processes saves so much time and frees our team up to do more with the same resources. We run 1:1 weekly check ins through Monday.com, our production board, our Purchase Orders, project pipeline, customer relationship management and more. These are the real benefits of Monday.com not just for Not for profits but big business as well! Highly recommend.

  Very intuitive system. While the system does have its linear limitations, the support team are more than ready to find workarounds to achieve our needs.
