  The advanced Doppler doesn’t work itshows numbers around 30 then blanks out to zero it shows my own heart beat as 32 and I can hear it but then goes back to zero. On my belly sometimes it comes up at 140 then straight back to 000 and I cannot hear the heartbeat

  The process to order, check out and felivery is quick. However i was quite disappointed with the product itself. The doppler can easily detect your own heartbeat and show the decibels, but when it comes to the babies heartbeat, i have been unable to successfully get a sound. Plus the unit makes a loud static noise.

  Worst customer service experience via website. Was told for a week every day that may parcel had been picked up, than told it hadn't been picked up, told it was bumped to another warehouse and than the next day was told it was not and there was an inventory issue. Requested a refund via email AND the website chat function and was told I was not able to get a refund as the order had already been shipped and to wait for the tracking that day. To my surprise about 2 days later I emailed and contacted again regarding the order that I had not received any tracking information for and was told the order had not been picked up or shipped and was at the warehouse ready to be processed. I again requested a refund and was told the matter would be escalated and once they contacted the warehouse to cancel I would receive my refund as the email stated the order "has not been shipped". Its been roughly 2 weeks since ordering and the communication has been disgusting. Due to cancelling this order, I had purchased via another website which has already been delivered 3 days after purchasing and NOW received a tracking notification via AusPost that my doppler which I was told I would be receiving a refund for has been shipped. Website and customer service via website share false information. Will never shop here again.

  Unfortunately we were unable to get this product to work initially, and it still does not work consistently. The worst part was attempting to obtain a refund. Every time I contacted their help desk there was a further catch. First I needed to pay for return postage, then it turned out there would be a further deduction for a “restocking fee” which is listed nowhere on their website under their free return guarantee program. In the end it became not financially viable to return so we are stuck with a product that doesn’t work. I
