  I highly recommend this to anyone who is wanting to listen to their babies heart beat whilst they are pregnant. My daughter and her fiancee use it every day and with covid putting in restrictions to visit our family, i am able to still hearing my grandsons heart beat and watch him kick away. This has given me a gift i may never have had. Thanks Happy Nanny Leanne

  Getting back to a client with no firm answers is as good as not getting back to them. Your support staff has got no information at all and would only stall on the phone just to tick a box that they have responded back to a phone call.

  Doesn’t record sound like it says on the website. Customer service was average via email. Had to show them on their website where it says you can record sound, explain what comes in their boxes. Returned the product and got a refund, less the shipping fees.

  Excellent help with questions before deciding to order the standard Doppler order Tuesday morning and received Wednesday afternoon!!! Was shipped from Western Australia and I live in New South Wales!! Opened straight away and immediately was able to hear our baby!!! With the covid lockdown in nsw my partner has been unable to attend any appointments with me so this was soo special for him and our 2 boys who can’t wait to be big brothers to hear!!! My youngest asks everyday to hear the baby ❤️❤️❤️

  I researched baby monitors and found that they were located in Perth, WA perfect because i didnt want to wait weeks for shipping from over east (before of the pandemic wait times) In the FAQ it stated that items placed before 2pm WST it would be shipped that day. I placed my order well before 2pm WST and it still took a further 2 days before the item was shipped and it wasnt even shipped from WA yet from their warehouse in NSW. So took longer then wanted to arrive. I ordered even paying for express shipping aswell. Poor service and misinformation on website. Even when contacted about why it hadnt been shipped i was then told i had to place an order before 12pm WST Conflicting information. Product is good and is serving its purpose.
