  Easy website to use. When my dog tag wasn't delivered I got an email straight away with options to re-deliver or refund I thought that was extremely Professional. I would definitely use my dog tags again

  5/5 stars! Ordered 4 tags in different colours for each of my pets and they all look wonderful. Delivery took longer than expected but messaged customer service and they replied within 24 hours and offered to send new ones if the package didn't arrive in the next few days and it arrived the day after, great service. Thank you so much! Will order again as needed.
