  Works well for listening to bubs heartbeat, but the instructions are in really poor English and make little sense in places, so I have been unable to figure out how to record the heart beat. Other than that it does what it's supposed to do 💁🏻‍♀️

  It would've been better if there was an easier and more accurate way to track the delivery. Tried to click the link to track it and it just showed an error code in the Toll website. I had to download and third party app and it could not even load location details.

  We have received the package within 3 business days, living within the Metro of Sydney. The update about the shipment is slow, gave me the shipping details through email when I have already received the product. Just beware, as the shipping company, Toll which had been chosen to deliver our order just left the item behind the mailbox, which was pretty unsafe. You might want to often check yours around the time you expect for your order to arrive.

  Terrible communication, never received a confirmation of order, postage email. I had to call and chase up my order nearly 3 weeks after it was meant to be posted as I had no email from them, they then advised me that they had to cancel 1 of my products and I was given a refund. Will not order again from this company, unprofessional.

  Hello, The ordering process was fine but unfortunately the communication afterwards was very lacking. I understand that with Covid changing things up a bit the delivery may take longer than usual but i had no contact from anyone explaining why my delivery was taking soooo long. I ended up ringing and spoke to a very respectful guy that explained what was happening, its a shame it was left up to me to chase things up.

  With thermometers out of stock in most places, BabyHeart has preorders, and while it was delayed couple of times, I understand some steps in the process are out of their hands. But they kept us in the loop, and allowed to cancel the order if we prefer. So they've been pretty good overall really.
